Andrew Sanderson started his career working as a Finance Advisor with Morris-Walker Consultants Pty Ltd. In 1993 Andrew Sanderson, together with Sandy Blythe, founded the business, Blythe-Sanderson Group. Andrew has worked to grow Blythe-Sanderson Group, adding 10 staff over the years. In 2009, Blythe-Sanderson Group merged with Davis Langdon and Andrew became Principal of Access Consulting.

His extensive experience over the years and passion for access for people with disabilities has made him a leading access consultant within Australia with a thorough understanding of the Australian Standards and the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). Under Andrew’s leadership, Davis Langdon Blythe-Sanderson Group has become the leading player in the provision of access consultancy services for a broad range of projects.
