Andrew is responsible for the management of building regulations, building surveying, private certification and consultancy services. As a Senior Design Engineer in a private engineering consultancy, Andrew gained extensive experience in the areas of structural design, civil design, footings, contract administration, construction supervision and project management on projects ranging in size from housing to large scale commercial developments. Further studies for a Post Graduate Certificate in Building and Planning and over seven years as a Building Surveyor/Engineer and Private Certifier has complemented his civil/structural engineering background.
