John’s expertise lies in the assessment of alternate solutions under the Performance Provisions of the Building Code of Australia, knowledge of industry demand and an aptitude to apply design initiatives to a project to satisfy client, team and statutory authority requirements. John is a registered Building Practitioner with the Building Practitioners Board of Victoria.

John joined Davis Langdon in 2003 and has co-ordinated the development of Building Surveying in our Melbourne office, providing the services of a Building Surveyor in issuing Building and Occupancy Permits, advice of building regulatory interpretation/expert judgement, design development advice, Due Diligence audit inspections/reports and essential services maintenance.
