The project comprises a 620 seat full performing arts theatre totalling 5,460m2. Ancilliary facilities include a multi-purpose function/studio area and cafe. The theatre facilities include a full fly tower, orchestra pit and catwalks.

The site is located on the Albany foreshore and requires piled foundations. The envelope of the building consists of three major shell components clad in zinc with glazed curtain wall infill.
