Refurbishment of existing office buildings 607 and 623 Collins St into hotel rooms and connection with the existing Batman’s Hill Hotel. Main features include:
- New restaurant constructed in the former laneway between two buildings
- Conference centre
- New reception and a bar in the main hall of 623 Collins St
- Car park developed in the excavated basement.
Davis Langdon was commissioned to provide full Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services. We have coordinated the staged commissioning and the handover as well as thorough defect inspections.
An addition of 55 club rooms and 50 suites with the new central reception and meal areas in the Melbourne’s vital tourist hub.
The project was completed on time despite numerous improvements and additions requested by the Client.
