Eureka Tower is one of the tallest residential towers in the world and the tallest building in Melbourne. Standing at 300m tall the iconic Melbourne building has 92 storeys of luxury and elegance combined with the latest in technology and eco-friendly design.

Some interesting features about the Eureka Tower include:

  • The public observatory on level 88 is 282 metres above ground level, making it the highest in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere.
  • The nightclub on the 87th floor will be the highest in the world, 278.53 metres above ground level.
  • The highest residential apartment, a penthouse on level 86 is 275 metres above ground level and will be the second highest in the world.

The residential part of the building has 560 apartments split into 4 types of accommodation: The Summit, Sky Rise, Premier Rise and River Rise. Each apartment has openable windows and either a balcony or wintergarden.

The Summit is 10 levels encompassing eight floors of apartments, the Observation Deck and hospitality facilities.

The 13 lifts in Eureka Tower take 40 seconds to reach the Observation Deck at level 88. The Foyer is decked out in Italian marble and the glass surrounding the 10 Summit levels is coated with a deposition of real gold.

Also in the building is a 25 metre heated swimming pool, spa, tennis court and a fully equipped gymnasium. The Tower also has a pharmacy, convenience store, retail stores with the podium level boasting wonderful cafes and restaurants.
