The Manea project comprises a 5000m2 Secondary College located on a steeply sloping site.  The project comprises Alucabond, Concrete and Metal Clad external walls with significant areas of structural glazing.  Extensive siteworks were required to accommodate the building on the site and comprise extensive landscaping and elevated decking for disabled access provisions.

The project delivered four percent under budget while maintaining required functionality.  Cost engineered solutions were developed for all building elements to ensure the project budget was achieved.
