Development of a new town centre in the heart of Greater Springfield including an 80,000m² shopping centre and basement parking for 1,000 vehicles.  Tenancies were provided for Big W, Woolworths, bulky goods and speciality shops.

The company has participated in many value management exercises to look at options to ensure the project has remained on budget in a steeply rising market.

Davis Langdon has provided masterplanning services for the total development worth approximately $300m and has undertaken a cost planning role through to tender negotiations on Stage 1. 

In addition Davis Langdon has provided cost management services for the fit out of the major tenancies.
