The project is a Building the Education Revolution Template (Type C), which is a multi-purpose centre of an approx floor area of 370sqm. It was designed to include performing arts, presentation and indoor games facilities, featuring customizable capabilities to modify spaces to suit a suite of activities such as collaborative, creative investigation, art and multimedia. It also features a general learning space that can be configured as a home base.

The project was Department of Education funded through the BER program as part of the nationwide Economic Stimulus Plan. The Nation Building - Economic Stimulus Plan is committing $16.2 billion over three years to Australian school facilities through the Building the Education Revolution (BER) program. Davis Langdon provided Project Management, Cost Planning and administration as well as Building Surveying service lines. This was one of 307 projects site designed, procured and delivered withing a two year period.
