We use our international understanding of the design process, contract forms, construction procedures and procurement routes to assist architects, design teams and clients in managing the design process.

Davis Langdon employs a number of useful tools to manage the fluid nature of design. All of the tools Davis Langdon use have been developed with the Design Team needs in mind. Visual tools are used to reflect the design process, such as ‘Design Webs’, a graphical aid to represent Design Team program and progress built from factual calculations monitored and updated throughout the design process. By breaking down the design into its constituent parts and checking progress of programmed against actual, a visual practice can be built up showing an accurate graphical representation.
