Our cost management services form part of our overall services portfolio - tailored towards pro-actively engaging all project stakeholders in the process of defining and achieving value for money.

  • Progressive cost estimates and cost planning to enable approved budgets to be established. Cost control during detail design to maintain budget.
  • Preparation of documentation to allow competitive tenders to be called or contracts to be negotiated. This may include pre-qualification documents and formulation of tender and contract conditions to suit particular circumstances.
  • Tender adjudication and assistance with contractor selection. As a large practice, we have a comprehensive construction data bank which facilitates contract negotiation. Effective cost planning, cost controlling and monitoring throughout the duration of a project, including regular issue of computerised cost reports and cash flows.
