Assembling the team
Once Davis Langdon has been appointed, we would implement a mobilisation programme as follows:

• Familiarise ourselves with all key personnel from the client body and associated consultants.
• Appoint a director to take charge of the project on a full time basis.
• Allocate suitable senior professional quantity surveyors to the various disciplines.
• Design the estimating formats most suitable for the project and adaptable to client methods and preferences.
• Design the framework and detail of the most effective cost monitoring system, including formats of report documentation.
• Establish communication and reporting channels with the client and related role players.
• Appoint and establish the complete Davis Langdon team for the labour intensive production of procurement documentation.
• Confirm and establish the project team for the administration phase of the development.
