Speaking at the launch of its new name, Botswana Director Frederick Selolwane, commented:
“Trading as Davis Langdon, the company will be better placed to reach out globally for in-house expertise and cost data, whilst delivering client tailored services locally.”
Whilst the decision was not taken lightly due to the well established name of CCMI – which has been operating in Botswana for 26 years - co-director Rob Black added that their involvement with Davis Langdon had increased their international profile and brought about a greater awareness of the growing relationships between both local and global clients.
He added: “This will allow us to build upon and extend our quantity surveying base and enable us to become a more diverse professional service provider in the built environment.”
