In the early 1980s we recognised the need for a specialist cost consultant who could deal with the increasing demand for building services installations and the associated cost implications.

Having established ourselves as the specialists in this field in Southern Africa, we have decided to take it a step further by establishing a separate company.

The company is led by directors with many years' experience in the building services field. It is staffed by a combination of quantity surveyors, who have specialised in this field, and mechanical and electrical technicians who have been trained by Davis Langdon Building Services. This provides a mix which is ideal in terms of technical and cost management input.
