Seah Choo Meng joined Davis Langdon & Seah in 1968 and was elected Associate in 1975. On 1 January 1976, he became a Partner of Davis Langdon & Seah Singapore Pte Ltd and was named Chairman and Managing Director in 1995 and subsequently named as Executive Chairman from January 1999. He has managed project teams and worked for a broad range of public and private sector clients in Asia Pacific.

Choo Meng is currently the Executive Chairman in DLS Singapore office. He is also the Chairman of the DLS Management Board, Asia, and Deputy Chairman of Davis Langdon & Seah International Board (United Kingdom, Asia Pacific, Australasia, North America and South Africa).

Choo Meng’s experience in private practice covers all aspects of investment studies, project management services and quantity surveying services in Asia Pacific.

Choo Meng is an Accredited Mediator, Neutral Evaluator and Adjudicator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. His specialisms include acting as Arbitrator and Adjudicator and has substantial experience in providing Dispute Resolution and Expert Witness services.
