The Asia arm of the business is called Davis Langdon KPK, an AECOM company except in Malaysia, where KPK will continue to go to market as KPK Quantity Surveyors.

With its 39-year track record of providing construction cost, contract and project management consultancy services in Asia, KPK strengthens the portfolios and capabilities of Davis Langdon in cost and project consultancy business around the globe, especially in the Asia region.

Established  in 1973, KPK has more than 600 people in the region. Its established portfolio includes both public and private clients across a wide range of facilities such as commercial, residential, industrial and health care.
The addition of KPK demonstrates our continued commitment to expand our global presence in new and emerging geographies. With Davis Langdon’s worldwide expertise and experience, coupled with KPK’s strong Asian footprint, AECOM will continue to build upon our established relationships to offer an integrated and comprehensive set of consultancy services for our clients in Asia and around the world.
