We believe management skills are required at every level of the organisation. Our Leadership Development Programme starts when staff begin to have their first people responsibility, to when they begin to manage teams, then through Associate and Partner levels, right up to the Managing Partner, who has his own coaching programme.
 
These leadership development courses take people away for 3-4 days and, most importantly, they are designed and run internally. This means that they are imbued with the Davis Langdon culture, which ensures that both formal and informal reviews of progress are easily arranged later. Staff can then discuss progress with their mentors and make sure that the learning process continues into the working team environment.
