Q. What training will I get?

We will assist you with training for professional qualifications and in soft skills through our Leadership Development Programme, which is available at all levels.

Q. Will I be able to work abroad?

You may be working on an international project that requires you to travel, and we do arrange secondments for people who are qualified. With 85 offices worldwide we can offer many international opportunities.

Q. How many hours a week will I work?

Every week is different, according to the projects you're working on. Our teams plan and manage their work together to make sure everybody's personal preferences are accommodated wherever possible.

Q. How will you track my progress?

Everyone, including our Partners, are given an annual appraisal to review their performance over the last year and plan for the year ahead.

Q. How will I give you feedback?

Our annual staff surveys are designed to gauge staff opinions and to enable management to monitor and benchmark their performance on some key issues that affect all staff. All staff are asked for their views on communications, HR policy, people management, overall strategy and the direction of the firm. We gather more informal qualitative feedback from staff at all levels through regular gatherings or foresight groups at which employees are canvassed on their views and encouraged to give direct feedback. Partners receive a 360 degree feedback system to encourage up and down and peer group performance feedback.
