We are proud of our Graduate Development Programme which has been in place since 2001. As a graduate joining Davis Langdon, you will enrol on our Graduate Development Programme, a five-week residential programme delivered over your first two years with us.
In 2005 the programme won a National Training Award, confirming it as the best in the industry. This is evidenced in our APC pass rate which is consistently significantly higher than any of our competitors both in terms of the numbers of people we put through the APC and our percentage pass rate.
Senior partners and people at different levels in the firm, including newly-qualified members of staff, participate in the programme, to ensure that you receive the information and support you need to succeed. You will have access to some of the leading thinkers in the industry and will benefit from their breadth and depth of expertise and experience. Many of the senior individuals in our practice have progressed to their current positions via our graduate training.
Our Graduate Development Programme supports you no matter which discipline you are working in. The five week residential programme is currently held at one of the UK's leading Business Schools at Aston University in Birmingham. It consists of a mix of tutor-led training, group work, technical training and personal development workshops.
The programme aims to:
- Support you to achieve your professional accreditation at the earliest opportunity.
- Develop the technical and personal skills that have been identified as key areas in building your career at Davis Langdon.
- Help you network and build relationships with fellow graduates from different Davis Langdon offices and become the partners of the future.
