Alan joined Davis Langdon as a partner in 1999 as part of the successful merger with Poole Stokes Wood.
His project experience includes cost planning, procurement, cost management, program management, project management and value management.
He has an extensive track record working with clients and designers to deliver high profile and complex projects where his knowledge and experience of international events and major projects including the London 2012 Olympics, The New Anfield, Green Point Stadium, Cape Town (FIFA 2010 World Cup), Kensington Oval Redevelopment, Barbados (Cricket World Cup 2007), FC Porto Stadium (Euro 2004) and the City of Manchester Stadium (Commonwealth Games 2002) have delivered real value.
Alan was a founding member of the DLSI Global Sports Linkage Group and he intends to use his appointment to head of Sport and Venues to further drive the sharing of knowledge and lessons learned from one project to another for client benefit.
