Andy Dedman is a Director working within Davis Langdon specialising in the Engineering Services aspects of the Commercial Office and Fit Out sectors.

Andy has been working in the Engineering Services sector of the industry for over 20 years and has worked throughout the UK.

Andy’s market sector experience ranges from working with speculative developers and investors through to end-user clients on the development and implementation of Headquarters and Call Centre environments.

Andy is based in London and is one of the Partners leading the Davis Langdon Engineering Services Commercial Team.

Andy sits on the Davis Langdon Cost Management Board and is also a member of the Davis Langdon Office Sector Specialist Group, the Out of Town Offices and Business Park Groups.
