He has been based in London since 1984, having built his early career in mechanical and electrical contracting organisations.  Barry is one of the Senior Partners of Davis Langdon Mott Green & Wall  with particular remit for Cost Planning, Value Engineering, Pier Reviews, Design Gateway Management, business development and major client care.
 
Barry has been fortunate to have a long relationship with some of London's top Developers in particular Land Securities, Stanhope, Greycoat, More London Developments etc. Barry is also very heavily involved in sustainability and infrastructure works within the Partnership 
 
Barry's role as Head of the Data Centre Sub Sector enables the team to deliver any project with a high reliance on M&E Systems particularly those of a Business Critical nature with High Resilience requirements to Tier 3 or Tier 4 Standards.
