Ben became head of the firm’s Residential sector in October 2009 having been a partner in the firm’s Banking, Tax & Finance group for the previous nine years with responsibility for Land Remediation Relief and Capital Allowances clients and running the Land Development sub-sector.

He writes for a number of external publications and is a regular contributor on the speaker circuit at industry events. He is also an active participator in key consultation processes relating to his area of expertise including the promotion of better government intervention (regulation and incentives) in housing. 

Ben also leads on a number of key collaborations for the sector which include The HBF, The Environmental Industries Commission, The British Property Federation, CIRIA, CL;AIRE and the Prince’s Foundation.
