Gerard joined Davis Langdon in 1988. He became chartered in 1994, gained an MSc in Project Management in 2000 and became a Partner in 2001.
His project experience encompasses several sectors including arts and offices, but his principle specialisms are private residential developments; major residential led mixed use developments; and residential / mixed use towers.
