James has been with the practice since 1988, during which he has worked almost exclusively in the Commercial Sector.  Between 1991 and 1993 James worked in our Singapore office - again on commercial work. 
 
James' specific expertise comes from his wealth of experience in the central London offices market, where he has undertaken a siginficant number of projects for, amongst others, Land Securities, Stanhope, Helical Bar, MEPC, City Offices.  James is an active member of the BCO, having played a central role on the Technical Affairs Committee that developed the last two revisions of the BCO Guide.  James has also been on the Central London panel of judges for the BCO Awards.
 
James became a Partner in 1998 and currently sits on the London Steering Group.
