Mark has been a Partner in Davis Langdon LLP since 1992 and now specialises in legal support work which has seen him involved in numerous high profile and large value disputes both at home and abroad.

Together with Geoff Trickey, the former Senior Partner of Davis Langdon & Everest, Mark is the co-author of The Presentation and Settlement of Contractors’ Claims (2nd ed), published by Spon Press in 2001. Mark is also the co-editor of the Aqua Group’s Procurement, Tendering & Contract Administration, published by Blackwells in 2006.

Mark sits on the RICS's Construction Contracts Group and is a regular lecturer on matters of contract administration, dispute resolution and contractors' claims.
