Michael heads up the development and delivery of Davis Langdon’s unique DLivering Success service, which puts in place the conditions for successful programme and project outcomes.

Michael is responsible for delivering accredited training programmes within Davis Langdon and for external Clients.

Michael has conducted hundreds of successful studies and programmes worldwide and at all stages of project development. These include regeneration schemes, new towns, buildings, bridges, airports, oil and gas facilities, railways, infrastructure and chemical process facilities.

Michael was instrumental in developing the British Standard in Value Management (BS EN 12973), the European Value Management Training and Certification System. 

He has contributed to the Office of Government Commerce’s Achieving Excellence and Management of Risk Programmes.
