Nick is responsible for the Maidstone office operating out of Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent and is Head of the Business Parks sub sector falling under the Commercial sector.
Nick qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987 following graduation from Salford University in 1984. He became a Partner in 1992 and has since then largely been operating in the commercial office sector. Over the past 20 years he has been involved with numerous commercial office developments and has particularly specialised in the Business Parks and Out of Town Offices sector. Nick is a member of the British Council for Offices.
