Richard’s track record is in managing the delivery of large and complex mixed-use programmes of development. His projects include the successful rebuilding of Manchester after the 1996 bomb, the commonwealth stadium, Programme Director roles for Liverpool Vision and Sheffield One, King’s Lynn’s Millennium Community and the 2012 Olympics Masterplan.
