Richard joined Davis Langdon in 2000 in the Stevenage Office, and transferred to Manchester in 2001 to set up a new team and centre of operations for Davis Langdon Schumann Smith.

Richard has experience in most market sectors, providing Specification Consulting client management for architects both nationally and internationally. Projects ranging from landmark residential towers, sports stadia, academy schools, office buildings, and city centre retail developments.

Richard is also responsible for the management of the Davis Langdon Schumann Smith team located within the Dublin Davis Langdon PKS office servicing the Irish market.
