Richard – a graduate from Trent Polytechnic - became a Partner in 1999 after spending 10 years at Davis Langdon. 

He has worked on all aspects of Retail including many high profile projects such as Paradise Project delivering Liverpool One; Bracknell Regeneration; Stevenage Town Centre; Ashford Outlet Centre; Battersea Power Station and Liberty, as well being account manager for Sainsbury’s. 

He presently resides on Davis Langdon’s Executive Board and is Davis Langdon’s key contact for the BCSC.
