Roger joined the NHS in 1972. Across a 32 year career in the NHS and with the DH, he was responsible for all aspects of Estate and Property management at Director and Board level. Blending his expertise in capital development, estate strategic planning, land and property acquisition and disposal, operational FM, additionally Roger has advanced pathfinder initiatives for both the DH as well as NHS organisations. He is an acknowledged expert in Healthcare Capital and Estate Management.
 
Roger left the NHS / DH in 2004, taking up a UK Head of Healthcare Services role for a large international consultancy practice, he joined Davis Langdon in 2009 to work in a strategic advisory capacity at Davis Langdon's Healthcare 'Centre of Excellence' in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
 
As a member of all the Healthcare steering forums for Davis Langdon, Roger advises the Healthcare team on all strategic and delivery matters from the perspective of a NHS informed client.
