Tomás joined Davis Langdon PKS in 1997 having completed a two year research Masters studying management systems for cost control in the construction industry. He heads up the research consultancy service offered by Davis Langdon PKS and has undertaken a range of commissions on technical and strategic issues.

In addition to heading up the DLPKS research and consultancy specialist service, Tomás heads up the Education sub sector in Ireland.
