Davis Langdon is celebrating after winning the prestigious Building magazine’s “Construction Consultant of the Year” award for the third consecutive year at a glittering ceremony held on Tuesday 1st April 2008 at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Davis Langdon is celebrating its inclusion - for the fourth year running - on the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For list’.

For a remarkable 15th successive year, we have been voted ‘Top International Cost Consultant’ in the Building Design/World Architecture annual poll of the world’s leading architects and their clients.

Leading project and cost consultant Davis Langdon is celebrating following the 2007 prestigious Building magazine awards held at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London. 

‘The Core’ at Eden, a project described as “the finest modern building in the world” scooped a leading industry award at the 11th Annual Quality in Construction Awards ceremony on March 21st 2007.

International project and cost consultancy Davis Langdon is celebrating its inclusion - for the third year - on the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For list’.  The firm jumped 52 places from 81st to 29th on the list and is the only project and cost management consultancy to be included in the top 40.

Davis Langdon & Seah International have been voted the Top International Cost Consultants for 14 years in succession.

Congratulations to Davis Langdon’s Peterborough office who received a highly commended at the Peterborough Business Awards 2006.

The ‘4 South Yorkshire’ consortium is the 2006 winner of the National SOPO (Society of Procurement Officers) ‘Achieving Excellence in Procurement’ Award.

We are very pleased to be able to report that Davis Langdon triumphed at this year’s prestigious Building magazine awards when we took first place in the “Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year” category beating Atkins, Faber Maunsell, Cyril Sweett, Turner & Townsend and WSP Group at a ceremony held at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London on April 4th 2006.

The Eden Project was named Project of the Decade on the eve of its fifth birthday.

The international project and cost consultancy has, for the second year in succession, been recognised as one of the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work for’, climbing to 81st position (a move up 14 places from last year’s 95th position).

October, 2005

Following the firm’s success as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For and taking first place in the Best Places to Work in IT 2005, Davis Langdon was the recipient of a National Training Award for its highly successful Graduate Development Programme.

Davis Langdon were shortlisted for the ‘International Project of the Year’ in the 2005 APM (Association for Project Management) Awards, for The British Council Offices, Alexandria.

Davis Langdon projects scooped two of the prestigious awards at the British Council for Offices’ (BCO) awards dinner last night (October 4th 2005) at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

A Davis Langdon project was commended at the ‘Oscars’ of the Waterways world.

The John Radcliffe Emergency Department - for which Davis Langdon's Oxford office acted as Project Manager  - has won 'The Best Hospital Design Award 2004' at the NHS Estates' Building Better Healthcare Awards.
