Tim has been with the firm’s Birmingham office for 5 years and has worked on high profile projects including the development of Colmore Plaza – new home to Davis Langdon’s Birmingham operation - and the Youth Hostel Association’s Change Management Programme.

Davis Langdon’s project management team in Birmingham has experienced considerable growth in the last few years with the team of 15 working on a number of major projects in the region. Tim’s wealth of experience will bring additional leadership and management to the team which will now be headed up by two Partners.

Tim’s promotion is part of a double celebration for the firm’s Birmingham office, which recently moved into Colmore Plaza, reinforcing the investment the firm is making in its Birmingham presence.
