The project consists of 60 individual retail units, providing approximately 195,000 sq ft (nett) of retail space constructed in two phases.

Major tenants include Benneton, Levis, McDonalds, Nike and Timberland. The Centre is brick clad to the sides and the rear.

All retail units are provided with glazed shopfronts and entrance doors which run continuously below a pitched covered walkway. The centre has a management suite area and provides over 1,000 car parking spaces.

A further 160,000 sq ft (approx) of retail space is planned to be constructed at Cheshire Oaks.

The project was completed in November 1995.
