The brief was for a flexible, low energy office building that could be internally reconfigured to suit a different range of tenants and uses.
The Four storey office development (plus basement) of 114,000 sq ft floor area is on the regeneration site of the former gasworks at Granton overlooking the Firth of Forth.
The building was fitted out to Category B for occupation by Scottish Gas.
