Development of a procurement strategy for Responsive Repairs programme.
To assist in drafting a robust procurement strategy and implementation methodology.
A robust procurement strategy and implementation methodology focused on performance improvement and enhanced value for money.

Strategic advice to HFI regarding re-tendering its Responsive Repairs programme.  In addition, we were required to liaise with Islington Council and other major stakeholders to identify their needs/wants.

We undertook a number of key activities in order to establish key issues/constraints, including :-

  • Desk top research
  • One-to-one interviews
  • Outline Benefits Case preparation
  • Identification of alternative procurement methodologies

The preferred procurement route was selected by stakeholders in a facilitated workshop run by ourselves, using a weighted evaluation matrix.  We then combined this into a comprehensive procurement strategy document, together with a Benefits Case to track achievement of objectives.
