Davis Langdon LLP are appointed for the first phase of the development of the Lower Stoke Works in Coventry. This phase will consist of the Peugeot Campus and associated road and service infrastructure for all future phases.

On completion, the former Peugeot accommodation will be demolished and cleared for a local shopping and amenity centre and up to 1700 new dwellings.
