We are able to deploy our services on both sides of the coin, in terms of representing an investor and / or developer provided there is no conflict of interest, though we do announce any potential conflicts from the outset. Our focus with these services, which are technology agnostic, amount to: Origination & Introductions and Commercialisation & Delivery.

Buy Side
On the investment side, our role is often about developing pipelines for asset management platforms, either from our low carbon energy pipeline containing some 30 projects / companies requiring investments or from direct approaches by developers and our established client base. In addition, we are also able to identify  Capital Allowances / EPC contractors / O&M providers that can improve the bankability of a deal.

Sell Side
On the development side (sell side), our role has been to identify and introduce investors as well as create / refine the commerciality of the offer to attract investment. Furthermore, our involvement in the delivery side in terms of development management / project and cost control adds significant weight to the deal and provides investors with the comfort that the project will be delivered to time, budget and quality.
