Close collaboration with design teams has led to the evolution of our Managing Design Teams service, the purpose of which is to facilitate the design process by managing issues that impinge on it.

This service is based on our contractual, technical and organisational knowledge, deployed to support the working methods of design firms and to protect their interests. It can include assisting in project negotiations with clients or the appointment of sub-consultants, identifying deliverables and resources, producing design programmes and a host of other practical matters which distract designers from their core creative activity.

Managing Design Teams allows us to add value because we understand the design process.  We also understand the interface between design and construction, and add knowledge of advanced construction techniques, new procurement routes and industrial technology to the design team.
