The firm will be assisting HNTB with the new $200 million convention center and hotel complex project in Albany, New York.  This complex will feature a $115 million convention center containing approximately 225,000 square feet of ballroom, meeting, exhibit and support space along with an $85 million, and 400-room hotel with a parking capacity for 1,000 vehicles.  Construction on the new complex is scheduled to start in the spring of 2008.
