After an extensive open competitive bidding process spanning six months, Davis Langdon was successful in being awarded a commission for the provision of Strategic Real Estate Consultancy Services to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The initial service provision comprises the complete review and evaluation of The South Campus Research Project which is a 315,584 square foot new research facility on the site of the existing CHOP Campus in center city Philadelphia, PA.
