The firm has been selected to provide cost management services directly to The Valley Hospital, the second busiest hospital in the state of New Jersey, for Phase One of their Renewal Initiative.  This includes the construction of a new seven-story North Building that will include 180-200 patient rooms designed for single occupancy, the addition of a one-story open parking deck to the Linwood Garage, the demolition of the Phillips Building and the construction of a new five-level, 296,000-square foot parking garage in its place.
